Sessions cannot be cancelled for direct refunds. One-time reschedule allowed before session start.

Full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

• Session did not start
• Technical failure from our side
• Payment made but service not delivered

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Dissatisfaction with outcome
• Missed sessions
• Incorrect user details

6. Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
